Caerleon Labour press Minister on the Metro plan

• Caerleon Labour Party are pressing the Welsh Government’s Transport Minister Edwina Hart for the rapid development of a South East Wales integrated transport system, which amongst other things would achieve the long standing objective of a Caerleon railway station and help solve congestion problems on the M4.
