Christmas in Caerleon 2016

  • The season got off to a great start with Councillor Debbie Wilcox, Leader of Newport City Council, launching Christmas in Caerleon in the Town Hall and announcing the winner of the Christmas shop window display – Flaunt in Station Road. She joined Councillor Gail Giles and a suitably attired representative from The Roman Legion museum at the Carol singing in the Town Hall.

    And Santa paid a flying visit to personally thank Councillors Cliff Suller, Gail Giles and Paul Huntley for ensuring that Caerleon, once again, had a splendid Christmas Tree on Goldcroft  Common this year.
