Jane Hutt canvasses in Caerleon

  Jane Hutt AM, the Welsh Government Finance Minister, has been helping our three candidates Paul Huntley, Gail Giles and Cliff Suller in their campaign to win all three Caerleon seats for Labour on May 3rd.

  She met dozens of voters in the centre of Caerleon, hearing about their concerns.Traffic problems and the proposed development of the Angel as a convenience store were some of the main issues raised by local residents.

  She also visited sections of Caerleon’s new cycleway. The Welsh Government has been a major contributer to the project as part of their Safe Routes in Communities scheme.
